Individual therapy:

  1. Call or email

  2. Set up free consultation via phone

  3. Schedule 1st appt; a private video link (unless we are meeting in person) will be sent to you as well as paperwork to complete before appt.

  4. First appt is at about 50 minutes. It will focus on gathering & discussing your background, as well as what is bringing you to therapy.

  5. Schedule follow-up appt which lasts 50 mins. We will meet once a week, sometimes more. We can schedule meetings for both your & my convenience.

  • Most appts are video only & be easily accessed from your business or home with a computer, tablet or smartphone.

  • You will be given my office address if we are meeting in person in the Cleveland area.

 

Not Sure About TherapY?

It is very understandable to be hesitant about engaging in therapy. It can feel scary, awkward, shameful & vulnerable. However, most clients feel at ease after they try their 1st session & get a sense of what the experience is like.
