DO YOU OFFER ONLINE THERAPY?

Yes, I do. In fact, my therapy practice is open to residents of 41 states. We meet through a HIPAA compliant online portal. IN person is available in the Cleveland area.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I'm an out of network provider so I don't take insurance. You can contact your insurance company to find out if they reimburse for out-of-network, mental health services. I do accept flexible spending, or health savings credit cards.

DO YOU TELL MY DOCTORS OR FAMILY WHAT GOES ON IN THERAPY?

Only if you want me to. If there are concerns that you feel should be communicated directly to your physician or family I'm happy to do it, but I'll only share what you want me to. There are some exceptions/limitations on what information is shared and with whom, and we will discuss that in greater detail when you begin therapy.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?

$220 for most individual sessions. $60 for group therapy.
I accept all Credit Cards, including FSA and HSA cards. 
I do not take any insurance. Self-pay only after each session with credit card or HSA card. See benefits of self-pay page.

DO YOU OFFER A FREE PHONE CONSULTATION?

Yes. After you reach out, we’ll set up a 10-15 minute phone call free of charge to talk about the possibility of working together.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I am located in Shaker Heights, OH. I can see you in person if your are able to come to Shaker Heights but can meet you virtually through my online portal.

WHAT GOES ON IN COUNSELING?

A lot of what happens depends on you & what your goals are. I'll be present with you in each session, listening, supporting, challenging, providing insight, and encouraging you as you progress through your journey.

 

How soon can i get an appt?

Currently, I have day time slots available with a 0-2 week wait.

HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?

I recommend once per week and do not start therapy work with someone at less than once per week. This can help the therapy work progress more quickly and provide continuity.
